Live Your Best Life
Since 2013, Tracy Bianco has been helping individuals and teams in the St. Louis region find their purpose and their passion. Founder and CEO Tracy Bianco offers both personal coaching and team development to help people uncover their unique strengths, shift their mindset, and start feeling more fulfilled both professionally and personally.
Imagine living a ‘get to’ life instead of a ‘have to’ life. You can have a life you’re excited to live each and every day.
If life’s problems could be solved by just choosing to be happy, what are we waiting for? But we all know it’s not that simple. Day-to-day demands at work and home leave us overwhelmed and exhausted. Negative self-talk tells us we’re not good enough. We feel stuck, wondering if we’ll ever get what we want out of life.
This is what Tracy calls mental clutter. The good news is, she can help you clear the clutter and start showing up as your best self in all aspects of your life. Tracy’s coaching provides a judgement-free zone to help you finally find the peace and balance you crave.
As a manager or human resources professional you may struggle with poor performance, low morale, conflict, and high turnover. Not only do these make for a dysfunctional workplace, they affect the bottom line.
Tracy Bianco offers programs to help companies create the opportunity for their employees to become more engaged, empowered, and effective in their roles, without losing sight of why they’re in business.
Tracy will help define and implement strategies to overcome the challenges of working successfully as a team. Topics will be chosen for their relevance and benefits for the group. Some common subjects for team development include communication, time and priority management, accountability, and leadership.
Since no two businesses are alike, Tracy’s programs are customized to address the specific issues that challenge both the team and the individuals that make it up. We form an ongoing partnership with each team we work with—regardless of industry, position, or pay grade.
If you’re like most people, you’ll feel an instant connection when you meet Tracy Bianco for the first time. It’s as if you’ve met her before, and in a way, you have. Tracy has been in your shoes, facing the same desire for a more orderly, purposeful life.
Tracy is no stranger to a chaotic life. As the seventh of eight children, she learned at an early age the importance of communication and conflict resolution.
She earned a degree in elementary education and by the age of 23, she was juggling the chaos of a classroom of 3rd and 4th graders, marriage, and three small children of her own. Time management and emotional intelligence were essential.
After 12 years, she left her teaching job for the legal industry. There she experienced a fast-track corporate environment and office politics. As a manager, soft skills and leadership development became essential as her firm grew from three to fifty people. She saw firsthand how a company’s growing pains can affect employees at all levels.
Throughout her varied career, Tracy discovered that her coworkers essentially needed the same things that her former students did. Everyone regardless of age and position needs guidance, support, and validation in order to do their best and be their best.
“Working with Tracy helped me shift my perspective. I’m calmer and have a new way of reacting to people and handling things. I realize that people’s issues sometimes come out at work, but that doesn’t reflect on me or the job I’m doing. Tracy has a very calm sense about her. She was someone I could connect with.”

Her Entrepreneurial Journey
With all of her success, Tracy still felt something was missing. She felt she was just “checking off the boxes” of life—college, career, marriage, kids—without giving much thought to what she truly wanted out of life.
She felt she wasn’t showing up as her authentic self – at work, at home, with friends. She set out on a quest to find peace and balance in her life. She researched and studied the art and science behind various behavioral assessment methods. Working on her own personal development, she learned to uncover her talents and pinpoint what was holding her back.
Her desire to share what she learned rekindled her spark as a teacher and Tracy’s business Bright Side Training Solutions was born. What started as a corporate training business has since transformed into her current offerings of personal coaching, team development, and speaking services.
Tracy has found her passion by helping individuals create the life they want. The answers are already inside each of us. Tracy has the experience, skills, and heart to help you bring them out.
“How we behave matters because within human society everything is contagious—sadness and anger, yes, but also patience and generosity—which means we all have more influence than we realize.”
