Be the Leader Others Want to Follow
Since 2013, Tracy Bianco has been helping leaders in the St. Louis region build confidence in solving problems, making powerful decisions, and stepping into their highest leadership potential. Tracy offers leadership coaching, team development, and speaking services to help leaders make a bigger impact for the people and organizations they lead.
Imagine being that leader others want to follow. You inspire those you lead through your words and actions, and you never fail to lead yourself first through self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-belief. It’s possible… and the ripple effect created is incredible.
If leadership challenges could be solved by merely snapping your fingers and getting your desired results, you’d have used that solution long ago, right? But, of course, it’s not that simple. Day-to-day demands can result in feelings of overwhelm, doubt, and even anger. What can you do to be the leader you aspire to be?
Enter Tracy’s leadership coaching. From the external components of problem solving, professional communication, and time and priority management to the internal attributes of self-belief, self-awareness, and personal accountability, Tracy’s coaching programs help you fill the gap between the leader you are today and the one you want to become. Tracy’s coaching provides a judgment-free zone to help you advance both your life and career.
As a business owner, workplace leader, or human resources professional, you may struggle with the inexperience of new leaders, poor team performance, low morale, internal conflict, and high turnover. Not only do these make for a dysfunctional workplace, they affect the bottom line.
Through her company Tracy Bianco Coaching & Consulting, Tracy offers programs to help organizations create opportunities for employees at all levels to become more engaged, empowered, and effective in their roles.
Tracy helps define and implement strategies to overcome the challenges of leading and working successfully as a team. Topics will be chosen for their relevance and benefits for the group. Some common themes for leadership and team development include professional communication, time and priority management, accountability, team building, and customer service.
Since no two businesses are alike, Tracy’s programs are customized to address the specific issues that challenge both the team and the individuals that make it up. She forms an ongoing partnership with each work team—regardless of industry, position, or pay grade, and she offers her programs virtually as well as in person.
If you’re like most people, you’ll feel an instant connection when you meet Tracy Bianco for the first time. It’s as if you’ve met her before, and in a way, you have. Tracy has been in your shoes, facing the same challenges you do as a leader.
As the seventh of eight children, Tracy learned at an early age the importance of effective leadership and communication.
She earned a degree in elementary education and by the age of 23, she was juggling a classroom of 4th graders, marriage, and three small children of her own. Time management and emotional intelligence were essential.
After 12 years, she left her teaching job for the legal industry. There she experienced a fast-track corporate environment and office politics. As a company leader, soft skills and leadership development were essential as her firm experienced rapid and extreme growth. She saw firsthand how a company’s growing pains can affect employees at all levels.
Throughout her varied career, Tracy discovered that her colleagues essentially needed the same things her former students did. Everyone, regardless of age and position, needs a leader who will provide guidance, support, and validation in order to do their best and be their best.
“Working with Tracy helped me shift my perspective. I’m calmer and have a new way of reacting to people and handling things. I realize that people’s issues sometimes come out at work, but that doesn’t reflect on me or the job I’m doing. Tracy has a very calm sense about her. She was someone I could connect with.”

Her Entrepreneurial Journey
With all of her success, Tracy still felt something was missing. She felt she was just “checking off the boxes” of life—college, career, marriage, kids—without giving much thought to what she truly wanted out of life.
She felt she wasn’t leading herself first. She wasn’t showing up as her authentic self – personally or professionally. She set out on a quest to find peace and balance in her life. She researched and studied the art and science behind various behavioral assessment methods. Working on her own personal development, she learned to uncover her talents and pinpoint what was holding her back.
Her desire to share what she learned rekindled her spark as a teacher and Tracy’s business was born. What started as a corporate training business has since transformed into her current offerings of leadership coaching, team development, and speaking services.
Tracy found her passion by helping leaders create the life and career they want. And she’s ready to help you be the leader others want to follow.
“Tracy works on professional development and leadership skills at our headquarters. She leads group sessions with various departments, as well as individual coaching and mentoring with the leaders and potential future leaders. She is in very high demand with our executives and managers, and I can point to several emerging leaders who have really sharpened their skills as a result of one-on-one coaching with Tracy. Everyone loves her and she is definitely an extension of our team!”
