As the seventh of eight children, Tracy learned at an early age the importance of effective leadership and communication.
She earned a degree in elementary education and by the age of 23, she was juggling a classroom of 4th graders, marriage, and three small children of her own. Time management and emotional intelligence were essential.
After 12 years, she left her teaching job for the legal industry. There she experienced a fast-track corporate environment and office politics. As a company leader, soft skills and leadership development were essential as her firm experienced rapid and extreme growth. She saw firsthand how a company’s growing pains can affect employees at all levels.
Throughout her varied career, Tracy discovered that her colleagues essentially needed the same things her former students did. Everyone, regardless of age and position, needs a leader who will provide guidance, support, and validation in order to do their best and be their best.

Her Entrepreneurial Journey
With all of her success, Tracy still felt something was missing. She felt she was just “checking off the boxes” of life—college, career, marriage, kids—without giving much thought to what she truly wanted out of life.
She felt she wasn’t leading herself first. She wasn’t showing up as her authentic self – personally or professionally. She set out on a quest to find peace and balance in her life. She researched and studied the art and science behind various behavioral assessment methods. Working on her own personal development, she learned to uncover her talents and pinpoint what was holding her back.
Her desire to share what she learned rekindled her spark as a teacher and Tracy’s business was born. What started as a corporate training business has since transformed into her current offerings of leadership coaching, team development, and speaking services.
Tracy found her passion by helping leaders create the life and career they want. And she’s ready to help you be the leader others want to follow.

- Tracy Bianco earned both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in education from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
- She holds Professional Coach and Executive Coach Certifications through Professional Coach Academy and is affiliated with Certified Coaches Federation.
