Getting on Track

Are you ready to take the wheel and steer your life? If so, you’re in the right place. Start the journey by filling out the form below. This lets Tracy know that you’d like to take the assessment, the first step of understanding why you’re seeing the results you’ve been getting and how to move forward to achieve better results.

What is the assessment? The assessment shares the what, why, and how of a person’s behavior. It includes a DISC assessment, a Values Index, and an Attribute Index all within one online link.

DISC, an acronym representing how Decisive, Interactive, Stable, and Cautious a person is, is a behavioral test developed by William Moulton Marston, a psychologist. This test will give you a window into how you use your attributes and values to get the results you currently see. It’s designed to help you see your intuitive behavior and any patterns in your intuitive behavior.
The Values Index will reveal why you are motivated to achieve the goals you are achieving or have set for yourself. Understanding your values means understanding your priorities for your life. This will help you have a clear picture of your motivation or drivers and how that motivation relates to your happiness and the actions you take.
The Attribute Index, based on Dr. Robert Hartman’s science of axiology, digs deep into the core of who a person is allowing that person to clearly see his/her natural talents and strengths. These attributes are revealed by your thinking patterns and habits.

Each of the three assessments works together to reveal a person’s core behaviors, his/her motivating values, and how he/she responds in any given situation. The results of the assessment allow the person to see in a black-and-white, objective way how he/she is performing and which key areas are important to feelings of value, self-worth, and satisfaction.

Fill out the form below, and then Tracy will be in contact with you. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete after which Tracy will contact you to schedule a meeting to review your results.

Your report provides an eye-opening view into your life you can then use to modify certain aspects of your responses to life and stress in order to achieve better results. After reviewing assessment results, many people choose to go the next step with Tracy and begin a coaching program with her.
